With over a decade of experience in functional movement and senior wellness, Erin specializes in helping older adults build strength, improve balance, and move with confidence. Her approach is practical, encouraging, and deeply rooted in the belief that it's never too late to feel strong and capable.

Erin’s sessions are inclusive, adaptable, and designed to meet you where you are — whether you're managing stiffness, recovering from injury, or simply looking to stay active and independent.
